Patrons of Poverty

Patrons of Poverty is an insightful analysis of the dynamics of the policies for advancement of developing countries as they interface with those of the developing world. With focus on Africa its central contention is that slavery colonialism and the neo-colonial policies masterminded by the West through international agencies of global governance such as the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund are responsible for the primary and secondary uneven development of the continent. In ways that are genuinely patriotic and erudite it prescribes for Africa the path to TRUE self determinism as a way out of the loop of underdevelopment.
