Pollutants in plants

Heavy metals with its numerous toxic effects endanger plant species survival and that is the main reason why this research has been performed. Evaluation of some area pollution deegre especially of some preserved areas like Kosmaj area is just a part of complicated research that includes the state of the environment in order to improve the current state. The focus is also on protecting and improving of the environment in general. By publishing this monography we wish to make this important issue available to the scientific audience. From environmental point of view before all pollution problems caused by heavy metals and preserving and advancing of Kosmaj area is something essential.
