Polluted Asia 2080

It's the year 2080. The People's Republic of China or is filled with smog. China is producing a huge percentage of the world's food. However with all the smog covering the country the crops and animals begin to die from lack of sunlight and oxygen. China shortly finds a solution to clearing the smog however it is moved to the neighbouring country India. Because of this India declares war on China with the help of their allies Taiwan and the United States. Who wins this war? How will China recover? And how does it end? Kris and his best friend Tommy with the help of a few others find the solution to end the war and to start regrowing plants until something tragic happens...
