Today when the role of aesthetic factors in the person’s discovery of the world increases elemental or empirical creation and use of color effects in non-material cultural life oftentimes does not correspond to the high demands of culture and to the social progress of society. Development of creative capacities of a person today is valid as a result of chromo-aesthetization of the environment and the personality’s inner world. The level of development of creative capacities of a person in polychromatic socio-cultural environment depends on the system of upbringing and education.
