This situation has taken a significant toll on the local population in recent years. For a better understanding of the research it is understood that the participation of the local population in decision-making on sustainable development helps their well-being and is a way for everyone to benefit. It should be noted that in order to reverse the obstacles that development has encountered in the past it is first and foremost necessary to have sufficient resources to be able to decisively tackle the construction of ambitious infrastructure plans that serve as a support for solving community problems.
