Portrait of Asia

his photography book is a look into the lives of Asian people in Japan China and Thailand. Experience this collection of black and white photographs from the streets subways and culture of downtown Tokyo and Yokohama Japan to Hong Kong and Thailand as well as the proud history of Hiroshima and the Great Buddha of Kamakura. The collection is divided into two sections; People and Places. People represents the intimate portraits of the public as well as individuals encountered throughout Asia. Places is made up of sites that represent the architectural historical and urban landscape throughout this land. Each photograph is titled with the description place and year. Mkemo London is a photographer who traveled throughout Asia while serving in the US Navy.
