About The Book

Positive Daily Affirmations for BIPOC (Black Indigenous People of Color) was written to combat the trauma-centric and toxic relationships which we have with ourselves. This work was compiled for the sake that we (as BIPOC) will stop placing blame on everyone and begin to take accountability for our own issues! Yes we have had a hard route! Yes we have had to work harder for less success! Yes we have a right to our PTSD generationally imposed because our parents and grand-parents did not know any other way outside of survival. We as a people group are still living in our great-grand-parents survival mode yet we spent $4000000000 in spending on beauty products in 2021. Beauty is not a necessity for our survival so I assert that we are no longer bound to a lifestyle of survival; however our mindset is still stuck in that paradigm! This book is available so that we can SHIFT OUR PARADIGM which in essence means to shift our mind into BEING DOING and HAVING for this reality and not the reality which we continue to enforce as trauma on ourselves further straining the relationships with those around us! It is time that we stretch the limits of our thought processes and begin living NOW outside of the confines of our past and in the reality boundless presence.
