The “Sankofa” is a metaphorical symbol used by the Akan people of Ghana generally depicted as a bird with its head turned backwards taking an egg from its back. The sixth chapter gives a simplified explanation of economic trade. The seventh chapter assesses the Agriculture sector in Nigeria and the final chapter analyses Foreign aid as a neo-colonial tool.
