About the Book: This book is prepared to cover the practicals of biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics to be performed during the B.Pharm curriculum. The practicals cover different topics of biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics related to analysis of pharmacokinetic parameters by different methods. The special emphasis is given on the procedure of practicals which will be helpful for the teachers as well as students with greater ease of understanding the concepts of biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics. Many books are available which deal with theoretical aspects of the subject but very few such books are available that deal with practical aspects. So this book will be very helpful to the academicians as well as the industry in understanding the concepts of biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics. This book is written in simple language to help in understanding the concepts of biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics. About the Author: I have completed my B.Pharm and M.Pharm in pharmaceutics from Guru nanak dev university Amritsar. I have worked on the research related to solubility enhancement of a drug using solid dispersion technique. Then I worked as an assistant professor in a pharmacy college and tought B.Pharm classes. During my teaching profession I felt a strong need of a laboratory manuals of various subjects to teach the practical classes. But the problem was that very few books were available in the market having the content covering the practicals of B.Pharm syllabus. Then I decided to write the laboratory manuals myself of various subjects of pharmaceutics. I finally compiled the laboratory manual written by me into a book .Hence this book is a very helpful tool especially for teachers and also for students to understand the concepts of biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics . I hope that this book will be very helpful for the academicians as well as industry to understand the concepts of biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics
