Practical trainer's guide

This guide is a solo research work on my experiences as a trainer with several companies/organizations structures such as the Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI-RDC) Fondation Hirondelle ect... This guide will help you make a success of your training process especially andrological training insofar as the number of participants will be small or large (from less than 15 participants to more) and/or also cascade training (in the case where participants need to be trained at different levels and are located in different areas across a country for example) will be required. It is aimed at companies/organizations or individuals wishing to organize training sessions.
