Practicality is a key factor in the youthful development of the eastern part of the RD

This book is inspired by the results of research into unemployment among young intellectuals and illiterates in the DRC. In short the mismanagement of the country has led to the opacity of public finance and the embezzlement of funds which is at the root of the poverty of thousands of Congolese especially young people. But according to article 42 of our Constitution the public authorities have an obligation to protect young people against any attack on their health education and development.
