This work consists of the planning and application of innovative methodological trials in the area of education which were implemented in various undergraduate courses for example: Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Food Engineering Mining and Biomedicine belonging to the University Center of Belo Horizonte-UNIBH. In subjects such as pharmochemistry organic chemistry and applied project A and B. These innovative educational practices consisted of applying teaching and learning methodologies that would contribute to the didactic structural and organizational reformulation of subject teaching from a constructivist perspective.
