This will give the reader’s mind an understanding of the exposition in its pure unadulterated and unblurred form with the result that the reader being free of any confusion and mental conflict would be able to practice Raja Yoga smoothly. Practical Meditation is highly recommended for those who are beginning to discover the beauty and strength of their inner world. More and more we human beings are realizing the need to develop the power of the mind as we try to keep up with the ever-increasing pace of life and complexities.
