Praying Through Parenting

<p>Parenting is both challenging and important. God wants to help us every step of the way. This is written for all parents. Being a Christian parent in today's world is no easy job but it is the most important job set before us as a parent. As in any God ordained important job we have Jesus our Lord and Savior right by our side our Heavenly Father and the Holy Spirit to guide strengthen and encourage us every step of the way. There are also three loud enemies challenging questioning and constantly condemning us: the world our own flesh and the devil. In this prayer journal we'll reflect on Christian parenting goals while using the pattern of Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything but in every situation by prayer and petition with thanksgiving present your requests to God. And the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. (NIV).
