Prediciton of Membrane Proteins Using Machine Learning Approaches

This book focuses on developing computational model for membrane proteins and their types. However in some situation the conventional methods failed to identify the protein types correctly due to complex nature of structure and motif. Therefore moving toward automation is important and indistinguishable.In this regard Various Machine learning approaches have applied for prediction of membrane proteins.
