Preparing young ice hockey players for sports activities

The modern level of sport performance in hockey and the intensity of hockey players'' actions on the ice place high demands on their general physical and special training. Hockey is becoming tougher the tempo of the game is increasing and at the same time the spectacle which implies an increase in the level of physical technical tactical theoretical and psychological training of athletes (V.P. Savin). Hockey is a popular sport. Research in the field of hockey is carried out regularly. The aim of the study - to theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the innovative methods pedagogical conditions strategies and means of psychological and pedagogical impact to ensure the effectiveness of training of young hockey players in sports activities at the initial stage of the educational and training process. The object of the study - educational and training process of young hockey players.
