All of us in our everyday life and pressure tend to forget about ourselves; even though we tend to about ourselves we still think about all that goes around. Even in these thoughts we do not search for ourselves. My sole purpose of writing this book is that we start thinking about us more and give ourselves priority. I hope this book inspires all of you readers to do the same.
