PRESENT SCENARIO AND FUTURE PROSPECTS OF WEB BASED LIBRARY SERVICES IN UNIVERSITY LIBRARY OF BILASPUR DISTRICT CHHATTISGARH

The present book is about the resources and services provided by the university library of Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh and the barriers in the collection of electronic information sources and services. The book describes the  resources and services accessed by library users the information of the users like frequency of library visit by users purpose of library visit problems faced by them while using the web based information resources and services and whether the training provides by the libraries on the information resources and services or not. The book also describes awareness of users regarding e resources and services and also their level of satisfaction about web enabled resources and services.
