Faced with the constant increase in business failures in the OHADA region the 2015 reform of insolvency law was intended to be ambitious placing prevention at the heart of the system. However ten years on the results are bitter: preventive mechanisms remain largely ineffective poorly applied or ignored by their recipients and practitioners.In this book COULIBALY Moussa draws up a critical assessment of this reform.
