PREVENTION OF CYBER ATTACKS USING EMAIL SPAM DETECTION AND MITIGATION

As a Researcher Dr. P. Mano Paul has written a Thesis on “Prevention of Cyber Attacks using Email Spam Detection and Mitigation Protocols in Cyberspace”. I have been formulating this Thesis along with my guide Dr. Ravi R a Professor from Francis Xavier Engineering College Tirunelveli India. Here in this thesis I brought out three protocols like Collaborative Reputation Vector Space Model Probabilistic E-shield Protocol and Optimized Feature Selection Protocol with many metrics measured from Accuracy to Overall Throughput. Among these protocol Optimal Feature Selection Protocol outperforms other protocols by creating very less overhead.
