Principle of freedom of contract and its limits in Russian civil law

Systemic growth of any country''s economy is impossible to get in the absence of flawless operation and interconnection of existing in the country legal institutions well-functioning mechanisms for protection of property rights freedom of entrepreneurship etc.One of such legal institutions which determines the actions of law enforcers in the implementation by them of civil legal relations (i.e. subjects of economic activity) starting from a small entrepreneur and up to a large monopoly is an institute of contract.
