Gradual development of relations between states internationalization of production free movement of goods overcoming of existing obstacles to ensure capital outflow created prerequisites for development of common standards of coordination in the relevant sector. Carrying out foreign economic activities of course implied establishing contractual relations in the relevant sphere.Differences in norms of national legal system seriously hindered proper development of international trade since standards set by domestic legislation could not always be properly regulated and of course in this case conflicts were seen as inevitable.Therefore elimination of existing obstacles gradually became a fatal problem and became a subject of a separate study within the framework of this book.
