Principles of Leadership

There is a common perception that leaders only exist in an organizational structure but this viewpoint does a disservice to the role of spouse parent and friend. A few simple principles that make a leader successful in the professional world are the exact same principles that should be employed in the personal world as well. It is not a coincidence that these principles find their roots in Scripture and their examples set by the most popular biblical figures.
