Private equity in Morocco

The new economy is a purely economic term referring to the financialisation of the economy through institutional investors who play a major role in the financial markets and in corporate financing. Among the main factors of the stock market crisis of the 2000s we mention the new economy. This prompted investors to rethink their approach and dealings with innovative SMEs. This change was particularly apparent in the area of private equity.
