PrMolecular microbiology and pollution of Lake Manzala area Egypt

This book deals with one of the most important problems in Egypt which is pollution of lake Manzala which is located at the north east part of Egypt which receives different pollutants from different sources It has negative effect on human health and economy of the population around the Lake particularly bacterial pathogenes which are responsible for diahrreoal and gastroentistinal diseases Moreover the bacteriological and molecular biology of some pathogenes in the communities around the lake which have clinical significance in the microbial world and infect humans to cause many diseases where virulence genes were studied in some of them to warn communities around the lake of the risks of pollutants which affect the genetic changes of the organisms such as antibiotic resistance and tolerence to toxic pollutants in the lake.
