Problem of applying the UN Charter in armed conflicts

This book Le problème d'application de la Charte de l'ONU dans le règlement des conflits armés en RD Congo explores in depth the complex dynamics fuelling instability in the country and questions the effectiveness of the UN system in the face of these challenges.
