In the patriarchal Indian society working women faces many challenges in achieving their career goals as they have to maintain their household chores and office work. Though more and more women are coming out in search of paid employment and their families also need their income the attitude towards women and their role in the family has not undergone much change. In this book Mrs Sangeeta Joshi Harbola depicted the challenges faced by the educated urban working women. She conducts a survey case study and interviews of different professional women about their issues in daily life. The book represents details of her study.
