<p>People still want to know the answers to the questions addressed in Problems of Metaphysics and Psychology.</p><p>Of course they want to know the answers to a great many more questions than are dealt with here but a limit has to be drawn somewhere. What is Emotion? What is Instinct?</i> and <i>What is Human Nature?</i> No one of them was answered for all time earlier and they are not likely to be answered now but reissuing the book at this time may remind those who are interested of what has gone before.</p>
