In the monograph the psychological specificity of increasing professional competence among students of a vocational college specializing in economics is studied. In addition pedagogical and psychological technologies of its increase were tested. For the first time in the work it was pointed out that the level of professional competence related to economist-pedagogy in the perspective of students-young people depends on their enterprising communicative qualities professional inclination to pedagogy and personality qualities.
