In Angola dairy products play a prominent role in people's eating habits. The aim of this study was to characterize the physical and chemical indicators of dairy products produced in Angola's industrial sector. It was carried out between February 2013 and October 2015. The process of making the products was monitored and the physicochemical parameters such as pH acidity energy humidity fat protein and ash of yogurt cheese and butter were determined.
