Productivity improvement by the integration of lean and work study

In Ethiopia textile and garment products sector plays a vital role for economic development. Productivity improvement can help to enrich profit of the garment products industry by minimizing excess work and developing new method for particular operation. Nowadays productivity improvement is an actual topic for different industries. This book analysis the influence of the integration of lean and work study on the productivity of the garment section.
