This research evaluated different fertilisation alternatives and the water demand of Italian grapevines. Different irrigation coefficients (75 100 125 and 150% of the recommended crop coefficient) and different fertilisations (100 75 50 and 25% of the recommended mineral fertilisation plus an organic product based on humic and fluvic acids) were interpolated forming a 4x4 subdivided plot design with 3 replications. Yield per plant fruit quality (berry size soluble solids content and total acidity) and physiological variations in the vine (relative water content) were assessed.
