This book Professional Learning Communities in A Developed Country: Practitioners'' Perceptions is an overview of theory and practical integration for PLCs in a developed country the United States of America. Eight school leaders of three types of schools were involved in this study. They were from high medium and low-performance schools. The first chapter discusses the related issues that led to the carrying out of this study. Chapter Two discusses the definition of concepts models and related previous studies of PLCs undertaken by other researchers. Chapter Three describes the data collection methods including research design sampling instrumentation data collection and data analysis procedures. Chapter Four presents the research findings that including the specific phases of the initiation support and sustainability of PLCs implementation. The final chapter discusses the correlation between the current research and previous studies.
