System development and optimization of complex integrated technical supersystems and subsystems in conditions of quantum computers and their derivatives in the form of programmable quantum controllers with built-in elements of artificial intelligence and artificial neural networks today has a huge potential of smart technological development in conditions of modern startup projects forming program concepts in parallel with intensive brainstorming.If such a constantly evolving system is integrated for example into the complex fuel system of a modern industrial boiler such a system turns into a complex integrated technical and technological supersystem the development optimization and control of which requires high-speed control processors.As an example the author proposes to consider different variations of innovative fuel apparatus elements in modern energy projects.
