Program engineering and management of digital arts programs

In 2018 the State of Cameroon followed the urgent calls of several men and women of culture and thus created the Digital Arts and Digital Humanities streams in the higher education system. This programme engineering book halfway between textbook and essay style gives the reader a clear idea of the strategic significance of such a decision. In doing so it presents the training programmes of three institutions one public and two private.
