Born In Alaska He Received His B.B.A. And M.B.A. From Texas Tech University. He Then Worked In The Telecommunications Industry In Human Resources Management For Several Years. After Leaving That Industry He Completed His Doctoral Studies At The University Of Colorado And Received His Ph.D. In Management And Organization.
