Progressive scoliosis in children

Progressive scoliosis in children poses a real problem of therapeutic difficulty because in spite of a well conducted orthopedic treatment a certain number of these deformities continue to worsen. Even surgical treatment in this type of scoliosis is not as successful as expected in a good number of cases and above all presents significant mechanical complications.
