Project management in the face of environmental change

How does classic pyramid management adapt? This work is the culmination of several months of research around the theme of management and more specifically management by project. It offers the reader a different vision of management adapting to changes in the environment and organizational objectives. Companies with so-called “traditional” structures are faced with multiple competitive and strategic difficulties and an ultra-rapid evolution of market variables (legislation competitors habits and behavior of its customers). However to remain competitive in an increasingly competitive business world a modular flexible and responsive management approach is essential.
