Project Planning

Every project that must succeed must have a well detailed plan and the plan followed to the latter. A project plan is a formal written document that is used to prepare for coordinate and control the project although the information contained in the project plan is expected to change overtime to meet changing demands or align with prevailing circumstances. Project planning specifies the project activities and delineates how these activities will be carried out. The reason for project planning is to define each task forecast the time and resources needed and provide a model for management review and control.
