<p>Families come in many different variations. Whether blood related or soul connected family are the people in your life that you share a special and loving bond with. <strong>Project Shine </strong>is a book written for families.<br />Eight chapters of tasks activities and information encouraging-<br />Self-esteem building<br />Self-care<br />Self-love<br />Connection<br />Journaling and so much more.<br />When you set goals with clear intentions and then break them down into manageable tasks and action them with your loved ones magic happens.</p><p>The program is designed for adults older children and teenagers to complete together. Project Shine is best suited to children twelve years and above but it depends on your child/teens individual level of maturity.</p><p>Any number or combination of family members or friends can participatein Project Shine. You don’t have to be related just connected. There are no restrictions on who can SHINE.<br /><br />Family connections sometimes get strained due to life’s crazy pace so the aim of Project Shine is to encourage positive changes in mind body and spirit and to increase good energy in your sacred space – your home.</p><p>My intention with Project Shine is to help you find internal peace and then in turn gift that peace to each other.<br />Jo Ettles.</p><p> </p>
