Project time overrun factors and project delivery in Rwanda

Roads infrastructure is the most primary means of transportation used in Rwanda .As this country is land-locked which is still under development where socio-economic is at lower position road is used as the first cheap way for getting various internal or external facilities.Due to this it dominates as much as possible all other means of transportation used in Rwanda.Rwanda as other countries invest more funds in constructing maintaining and upgrading roads infrastrure through many different projects ;and most of those projects they have expirienced time overrun.
