The book examines the issue of representing the surrounding space based on microwave background which includes microelementary particles namely relics and phonons. These elements have the same characteristics as a gaseous medium which in turn leads to changes in the gravitational constant Boltzmann's constant and Planck's constant. Based on this it can be assumed that time is different everywhere and is determined by the properties i.e. the density of the phonon medium of space. Near black holes the density will be maximum i.e. physical processes will occur in a short period of time. In open space the duration of these processes can reach significant values and continue indefinitely.
