PROPOSAL FOR A FINANCIAL PLANNING FOR A MICRO-ENTERPRISE

Financial planning is one of the most important aspects for the functioning and support of a company as it provides roadmaps to direct coordinate and control its actions towards its objectives. In view of this the objective of this study is to propose a financial strategy for a micro company located in the city of Passo Fundo. As methodological procedures a descriptive research was used with a quantitative approach. The data collection was based on company documents and the analysis was presented through tables and graphs. In this sense as significant results the financial planning showed a new vision for this company taking into account the existing possibilities allowing it to see the scenario in which it was inserted showing the importance of having a financial planning within an organization. Finally it was concluded that the company did not have any technique suitable for finances both in the short and long term much less had a control instrument which only increased the financial risk. Therefore a model of financial planning and controls was developed in order to improve its performance.
