PROSPECTIVE STUDY OF RADIATION RELATED ADVERSE EVENTS AND MANAGEMENT

This study will help the clinicians that what are the acute toxicity can develop during the treatment of breast cervix head and neck cancer using radiation therapy. Management of these adverse effects of radiotherapy will help the patients to get complete treatment without getting many problems. The adverse event of radiation therapy was monitored or assessed by using RTOG criteria and given a grade according to it. Patients on the radiation and chemo-radiation therapy required proper monitoring and careful follow-up to identified radiation-induced toxicity. Appropriate follow-up and management of these events reduce the patient burden of treatment.
