PROSPECTS FOR THE FORMATION OF ECOLOGICAL LEGAL CONSCIOUSNESS AND CULTURE

Along with the implementation of this monograph in practice: first to improve the legislation aimed at protecting the natural environment; secondly to ensure the effectiveness of the legal framework for cooperation between public authorities and other institutions of civil society in raising the environmental legal awareness of the individual; thirdly it is possible to expand the level of knowledge of relevant specialists and increase the environmental legal awareness and culture of citizens.
