Prosthetic rehabilitation in older adults

The expression quality of life related to oral health; one of its many definitions mentions the impact that oral health has on the different activities that individuals perform on a daily basis. The elderly are affected by different oral diseases the main one being tooth loss. Objective: To determine the repercussion of prosthetic rehabilitation on the self-perception of quality of life in older adults. Methodological design: A descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out between March 2019 and May 2020. 86 older adults over 60 years of age were studied at the Family Medical Clinic #17 in Manacas.
