<p> The accrue stones are in safe hands. Sybilla and Blanq incarcerated. But the corruption continues to spread.</p><p></p><p>Kyo not ready to return to an empty home spends his time with his friends training in the royal city of Alderdeem. The question of where his godfather's loyalties lie creates growing tension between himself and the princess. As the corruption continues to transform citizens into savage monsters he joins the elite Aurora on their mission to discover the source before it's too late.</p><p></p><p>An old town buried underground for hundreds of years is the best lead but when the corruption takes hold of one of their own determination turns to desperation. With no treatment available and a third accrue stone reveal taking priority Kyo must race against the clock to find a cure and secure the stone or he risks losing someone else close to him.</p><p></p><p>The spreading affliction enemies old and new and wavering trust will challenge Kyo and his continued survival.
