Provincial governments and provincial assemblies

The lack of coexistence between the two main provincial institutions hinders the development of the provinces. Since the Provincial Governments are the emanation of the Provincial Assemblies the latter have the luxury of imposing their will on the Governors under the threat of motions. The Governors of the Provinces for fear of being ejected from their functions are obliged to carry out the will imposed on them in spite of themselves in order to keep their power. The Provinces are taken hostage by the powerful provincial deputies. After electing Governors for large sums of money the provincial ministries and public services belong to them and their family members by right. How will these provincial governors work?Hence the election of Governors must be abolished in favor of appointment by presidential order.
