<p>The book is foreseen as a platform where subjects like mental health and related issues are openly talked and discussed about with due respect. It aims at bringing the mental health issues out of the taboo box through narrations and storytelling making them comfortable relatable and acceptable topics that deserve awareness and more open accesses. Psychology is as old as humans yet it holds a little history. It is still evolving and growing while the academicians are busy realising its full potential. The idea behind saying this is that the discipline must not be limited to academics and books; it must go beyond and become a part of ones life.</p>
