It is important to mention that this work is not documentary nor does it pretend to be flooded with quotes from other similar works with concepts authors theories etc. more than the necessary technical and literary series; that is it traces the way for psychologists to be able to intervene in a scientific and suitable way in court. The author's criterion is formed from true cases that have been nurtured by the experience provided by the field of study itself; he wants to give clarity and at the same time be critical of the role of the psychologist in the legal field so the proposal goes beyond the aesthetic discourse and the care of the expressions to achieve the objective.
